第三代核电站大规模采用模块化建造技术,缩短建设工期的同时增加了施工难度。为将大型结构模块安全准确地吊装就位,对结构模块吊装进行有限元分析,确定模块吊装时的最大变形和应力,并对构件进行规范验算,结果表明模块能满足吊装要求。有限元分析结果为结构模块的安全就位提供强有力的理论支撑。
The third generation of large-scale use of modular nuclear power plant construction technology to shorten the construction period while increasing the construction difficulty. In order to safely and accurately lift the large structural module in place, the finite element analysis of the structural module is carried out. The maximum deformation and stress of the module during hoisting are determined, and the components are checked and verified. The results show that the module can meet the hoisting requirements. Finite element analysis results provide strong theoretical support for the safe placement of structural modules.
