目的　探讨鼻咽癌病人的心理健康水平与免疫功能之间的相关关系。方法　作者采用症状自评量表 (SCL - 90 )对 6 1例鼻咽癌病人心理健康水平进行了评定 ,并测定其免疫功能。用典则相关分析的方法探讨两者的关系。结果　焦虑、抑郁、阳性项目数与 Ig M和 CD4/ CD8呈负相关。结论　提高鼻咽癌病人的心理健康水平 ,有助于改善其免疫功能 Objective To investigate the correlation between the mental health of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and immune function. Methods The self - rating Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL - 90) was used to assess the mental health of 61 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and their immune function was evaluated. Using canonical correlation analysis to explore the relationship between the two. Results The number of anxiety, depression and positive items was negatively correlated with Ig M and CD4 / CD8. Conclusion To improve the mental health of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma, help to improve their immune function
