尽管卡特里娜飓风给新奥尔良州带来的洪灾已经过去数年,这场灾害产生的危机后续效应仍然被一些美国的专家学者当作热门课题进行研究。我国是自然灾害灾害频发的国家,在灾害的危机管理方面和西方国家还有不小的差距,本文从风险沟通的角度出发,既是给美国洪灾危机进行了一次风险沟通的梳理和总结,也给我国的灾害管理提供了可资借鉴的宝贵经验。
Although the hurricane Katrina has caused the flooding in the state of New Orleans over the past few years, the crisis’s follow-up effect of the disaster is still being studied by some U.S. experts and scholars as a hot topic. China is a country with frequent natural disaster disasters. There is still a long way to go to crisis management in disasters and Western countries. From the perspective of risk communication, this paper not only sorts out and summarizes a risk communication for the flood crisis in the United States It has provided valuable lessons for disaster management in our country.
