在平菇和凤尾菇组织分离的母种斜面上常会长出菇蕾,使营养菌丝生长速度大大减慢,转管后也易发生变异。用这种菌种,出菇期往往提前,产量和质量明显下降。为了预防斜面上出菇,我们选用不同时期形成的平菇和凤尾菇子实体作种菇,进行了不同处理的组织分离试验。材料和方法:菌种选用平菇“农大11号”菌株和凤尾菇“农科1号”菌株。从平菇和凤尾菇的棉籽皮
Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus ostreatus in the mother slants often grow mushroom buds, so that the rapid growth of nutrient mycelia slowed down, after the tube is also prone to mutation. With this species, fruiting period is often advanced, yield and quality decreased significantly. In order to prevent the fruiting on the bevel, we choose the Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus ostreatus fruiting bodies formed in different periods as the mushrooms and conduct the tissue separation experiments with different treatments.
