目的:建立一种康复新液中有效成份KFX-4的测定方法。方法:用高效液相色谱法测定康复新液中的有效成份KFX-4。康复新液中的KFX-4经过固相萃取富集后,用Waters symmetry C18色谱柱,以甲醇-水(20∶80)为流动相,经二极管阵列检测器检测。结果:KFX-4的回收率为101.0%。在浓度0.618~92.2μg.mL-1范围内有良好的线性关系。结论:采用固相萃取-高效液相色谱法能有效测定康复新液中有效成分KFX-4的含量。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of KFX-4, an active ingredient in rehabilitation liquid. Methods: The active ingredient KFX-4 in KFF was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. KFX-4 in KFX solution was enriched by solid-phase extraction and was detected by diode array detector on a Waters symmetry C18 column with methanol-water (20:80) as mobile phase. Results: The recovery of KFX-4 was 101.0%. In the concentration of 0.618 ~ 92.2μg.mL-1 range has a good linear relationship. Conclusion: The content of KFX-4 in KFF can be effectively determined by SPE-HPLC.
