采用高温固相法合成了Nd3+:La2CaB8O16(Nd:LCB8)多晶料,以CaB4O7为助溶剂,采用顶部籽晶法生长了Nd:LCB8单晶。X射线衍射和差热分析结果表明:Nd:LCB8和LCB8具有相同的晶体结构;Nd:LCB8晶体的熔点为1046℃。测试了Nd:LCB8晶体的吸收光谱和荧光光谱。在300~1000nm波段存在多个吸收带,其中802nm吸收带对应于AlGaAs激光二极管的输出波长,带宽为19nm。在890,1060nm和1330nm处分别存在发射峰,室温下测得Nd:LCB8晶体的荧光寿命为75μs。
The Nd3 +: La2CaB8O16 (Nd: LCB8) polycrystalline material was synthesized by high temperature solid state method. Nd: LCB8 single crystal was grown by the top seed method using CaB4O7 as cosolvent. The results of XRD and DTA show that Nd: LCB8 and LCB8 have the same crystal structure. The melting point of Nd: LCB8 crystal is 1046 ℃. The absorption and fluorescence spectra of Nd: LCB8 crystals were tested. There are multiple absorption bands in the band of 300-1000 nm, in which the 802 nm absorption band corresponds to the output wavelength of the AlGaAs laser diode with a bandwidth of 19 nm. The emission peaks exist at 890, 1060 and 1330 nm, respectively, and the fluorescence lifetime of Nd: LCB8 crystals measured at room temperature is 75 μs.
