会计专业作为现代高校中普遍存在的一门学科,无论是学生人数、报考分数等方面,一直以来都在各学科中占有举足轻重的地位。由于近年来“两强”应用型人才概念的提出,会计人才的定向专业技能培养越来越受到重视,如何培养出专业技能掌握扎实、最大程度满足用人单位需求、职业道德高尚的会计人员,是各大高校都迫在眉睫需要解决的问题。本文通过对高校会计专业人才培养现状的分析,浅谈培养思路,找到一些针对会计应用型人才培养的改革方案,使高校毕业生在岗位竞争中更占优势,为国家培养出更多优秀的会计专业人才。
As a ubiquitous subject in modern colleges and universities, the accounting profession has always played an important role in all disciplines in terms of the number of students and the admission scores.
