本文给出了全市十个地区的一昼夜(24小时)交通噪声调查结果,并详细地提供了上海市市区2117个测点的环境噪声统计数据,绘制了上海市环境噪声中值 L_(50)的分布图。测点选在250米×250米的网格中心,在交通繁忙时间内随机读取慢档“A”声级250个数据,计算出各点、街道、区和全市的统计声级、等效声级和噪声污染级。噪声来源分为交通、工厂、住宅和其它四种类型。文中列出了各种声源所占统计声级的百分率。与国外某些大城市相对照,上海市的噪声污染程度较为严重,市区统计声级 L_(10)、L_(50)和 L_(90)分别达到75、62和52分贝。本文还对测试数据的重复率,高空点噪声监测的结果作了讨论。
This paper gives a day and night (24 hours) survey of traffic noise in ten districts in the city and provides the statistical data of environmental noise in 2117 measuring points in Shanghai in detail. The median of environmental noise in Shanghai, L 50, Distribution. The measuring point is selected in the grid center of 250m × 250m. Randomly reading 250 data of the “A” sound level during the heavy traffic hours to calculate the statistical sound level of each point, street, district and city, equivalent Sound level and noise pollution level. Noise sources are divided into traffic, factories, residential and other four types. The article lists the percentage of the statistical sound level occupied by the various sources. In contrast with some major foreign cities, noise pollution in Shanghai is more serious. The statistical levels of urban L_ (10), L_ (50) and L_ (90) are 75, 62 and 52 dB respectively. The paper also discusses the repeatability of the test data and the results of monitoring the altitude noise.
