选择慢性苯中毒者48例,平均年龄42.3±7.8岁,平均接苯工龄16.0±6.4岁;对照组26例,平均年龄42.5±84岁,进行细胞遗传学及脂质过氧化作用的研究。采用培养法观察到本中毒组与对照组相比,染色体畸变率增加,微核率升高,姐妹染色单体交换率升高(均P≤0.01);脂质过氧化水平测定本中毒组GSH-PX降低(P<0.05),MDA升高(P<0.05)。结果表明:苯中毒者细胞遗传学及脂质过氧化水平均发生改变。
Forty-eight patients with chronic benzene poisoning were selected, with an average age of 42.3 ± 7.8 years and a mean of 16.0 ± 6.4 years of benzene treatment.
