单钢轮压路机的传动系统主要分为机械、液力、液压3种传动方式,其中机械传动具有结构成熟、传递效率较高、工作可靠、制造成本低等优点,目前仍然广泛应用于单钢轮压路机。我公司生产机械换挡和动力换挡2种机械传动单钢轮压路机,我们在对这2种压路机进行通用化设计时,对其传动系统进行了4项通用化结构改进。1.传动系统结构机械传动单钢轮压路机动力传递路线为发动机→离合器→变速器→传动轴→驱动桥→后轮,如图1所示。机械换挡压路机与动力挡换压路机相比,其变速器、机架及驱动桥有所不同。
Single drum roller drive system is divided into mechanical, hydraulic, hydraulic three kinds of transmission, mechanical transmission which has a mature structure, high transmission efficiency, reliable work, low manufacturing costs, is still widely used in single drum roller. Our company produces two types of mechanical transmission single-drum roller with mechanical shift and power shift. When we carried out the general design of the two kinds of roller, we made four general structural improvements to the transmission system. 1. Transmission system structure Mechanical transmission Single-drum roller power transmission line for the engine → clutch → transmission → drive shaft → transaxle → rear wheel, shown in Figure 1. Mechanical shift road roller and power block replacement road roller, the transmission, frame and drive axle are different.
