学生实验操作失误,玻片标本时有损坏。我采用如下方法进行修复。将破损玻片标本签放在水中浸透,揭下,再把附有观察材料的破损玻片部分,用二甲苯浸泡数小时,使原来被粘合着的盖玻片与载玻片分开,观察材料也随之脱下,将观察材料按原来式样,放置另一载玻片上,滴上加拿大
Student’s experimental operation mistakes, slide specimens are damaged. I use the following method to repair. The damaged slide specimens were placed in water for soaking, peeled off, and the damaged slides with the observed materials were then partially soaked in xylene for several hours to separate the original bonded coverslip from the slides. The material was also removed and the observation material was placed in another slide on the slide as originally designed.
