本文主要研究采用低旋流进气、浅W型燃烧系统的SD2100直喷柴油机的循环变动。用平均指示压力pi、最大爆发压力pz、最大爆发压力出现时刻φA、最大压力升高率出现时刻φB等指标进行评价。对柴油机多种工况进行分析,结果表明,由于主要采用空间混合方式燃烧,标定工况和最大扭矩工况时,燃烧比较粗暴,pz变动较大,燃烧时刻集中而适时,pi变动量小,动力性较好。全负荷特性和全负荷速度特性工况时,pz、φA和φB的循环变动都有各自的规律。通过对该机各工况参数进行相关分析,讨论了影响最大爆发压力变动的主要和次要因素,为降低其循环变动提供了依据。
This paper mainly studies the cyclic variation of SD2100 direct injection diesel engine with low swirl intake and shallow W combustion system. The average indicated pressure pi, the maximum burst pressure pz, the maximum burst pressure appears moment φA, the maximum pressure rise rate appears moment φB and other indicators were evaluated. Analysis of a variety of diesel engine operating conditions, the results show that, due to the main use of space mixing combustion, calibration conditions and maximum torque conditions, the relatively crude combustion, pz changes larger, combustion time is focused and timely, pi small changes, Power is better. Full load characteristics and full load speed characteristics of the working conditions, pz, φA and φB cycle changes have their own laws. Through the correlation analysis of each working condition parameter of the aircraft, the main and secondary factors that affect the maximum outburst pressure are discussed, which provides the basis for reducing the cyclic variation.
