患者,男、23岁、工人、未婚、江苏人、住院号263417、八四年元月二十三日入院。患者于八三年六月开始习武练掌,每日晚八时开始,每次20分钟快速重击沙袋,致两手肿胀破裂,但次晨肿可消,而无不适。近两个月感腰痛,睡前排尿为酱油色,次晨则清亮,每日如此,来院诊治。既往体健,家族中无类似疾患。体查无异常发现。化验检查:血尿常规(正常),RBC脆性试验:开始溶血0.46、完全溶血0.30、Hb电泳未见异常区带、HbF0.6％;肝功正常。
Patient, male, 23 years old, worker, unmarried, Jiangsu, hospitalization 263417, admitted to hospital on January 23, 1984. Laboratory tests: hematuria routine (normal), RBC brittle test: hemolysis 0.46, complete hemolysis 0.30, Hb electrophoresis showed no abnormal zone, HbF0.6%; normal liver function.
