肿瘤细胞耐药是化疗失败的主要原因。本文观察了异搏定对抗癌药物杀伤耐药胃癌细胞有无增强作用。SGC7901LVCR为耐长春新碱胃癌细胞,除对长春新碱65倍耐药后,同时对氨甲喋呤、5-氟尿嘧啶、丝裂霉素及阿霉素交叉耐药。使用异搏定显著增强长春新碱对耐药细胞SGC7901LVCR的杀伤作用,且这种增强效应呈剂量依赖性。同时异搏定还能部分逆转细胞对氨甲喋呤、5-氟尿嘧啶及丝裂霉素的耐药性。异搏定能逆转胃癌细胞对化疗药物的耐药性,与化疗药物联合应用可提高胃癌治疗效果。
Drug resistance in tumor cells is the main reason for chemotherapy failure. This article observed whether verapamil has an anti-cancer drug killing drug-resistant gastric cancer cells. SGC7901LVCR is resistant to vincristine gastric cancer cells, in addition to resistance to vincristine 65 times, while the cross-resistance to methotrexate, 5-fluorouracil, mitomycin and adriamycin. The use of verapamil significantly enhanced the killing effect of vincristine on the resistant cell line SGC7901LVCR in a dose-dependent manner. Simultaneously, verapamil can partially reverse the resistance of cells to methotrexate, 5-fluorouracil and mitomycin. Verapamil can reverse the resistance of gastric cancer cells to chemotherapeutic drugs, and the combined use of chemotherapeutic drugs can improve the therapeutic effect of gastric cancer.
