随着经济全球化的发展,文化全球化也成为了全球化进程中的一个必然趋势。但由于文化交流主体地位与实力的不平等性,使得文化主权问题日渐凸现,特别表现为发达国家对发展中国家输出西方文化,从而形成文化霸权。文化主权问题,是全球化进程中的一个新问题,也是一个迫切需要解决的问题。我国作为发展中的社会主义大国,面对西方文化的侵蚀,必须要立足本民族文化,同时要增强自身文化的竞争力,其关键在于创新民族文化,拥有自主先进文化。
With the development of economic globalization, cultural globalization has also become an inevitable trend in the process of globalization. However, due to the unequal status and strength of cultural exchange, the issue of cultural sovereignty has become increasingly prominent. In particular, developed countries have exported western cultures to developing countries to form cultural hegemony. The issue of cultural sovereignty is a new issue in the process of globalization and an issue that urgently needs to be solved. In the face of the erosion of western culture, our country, as a developing socialist power, must base itself on its own national culture and at the same time enhance the competitiveness of its own culture. The key lies in innovating national culture and owning advanced and independent culture.
