在1997年度《黑龙江政报》(以下简称《政报》)发行工作中,各行署、市、县政府和省直各单位的领导及办公部门的工作人员发扬深入细致的工作作风,克服困难,深入基层,积极组织征订,使《政报》的发行数量又有新的增长。为表彰在1997年度《政报》发行工作中做出突出贡献的单位及个人,省政府办公厅决定授予大庆市政府办公室等6个单位1997年度《政报》发行工作先进单位标兵称号;授予齐齐哈尔市政府办公厅等29个单位1997年度《政报》发行工作先进单位称号;授予夏永春等57位同志1997年度《政报》发行工作先进个人称号(名单附后)。
