目的探讨RhoE/Rnd3蛋白在子宫腺肌病组织中的表达及其潜在的临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测32例正常子宫(对照组)内膜、平滑肌组织及38例子宫腺肌病组织(实验组)中在位内膜(A组)、异位内膜(B组)、平滑肌组织中RhoE/Rnd3蛋白的组织定位和表达程度,分析对比其差异。结果①腺上皮细胞:RhoE/Rnd3蛋白在对照组腺体细胞中的表达均高于实验组在位内膜腺体细胞(t=11.3,P<0.05)及异位内膜腺体细胞(t=9.33,P<0.05);在子宫腺肌病在位内膜腺体细胞与异位内膜腺体细胞中的表达差异无统计学意义(t=1.63,P>0.05);②间质细胞及平滑肌:RhoE/Rnd3蛋白在3组内膜间质细胞及对照组-实验组平滑肌细胞中表达差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);③子宫腺肌病内膜腺体细胞中RhoE/Rnd3蛋白的表达水平与患者的病程有关,病程超过2年的患者组织中,RhoE/Rnd3蛋白的表达水平明显低于病程不足2年的患者(P<0.05)。结论RhoE/Rnd3蛋白在子宫腺肌病的发生发展中发挥重要作用,有可能是一个重要的肿瘤抑制基因。
Objective To investigate the expression of RhoE / Rnd3 in adenomyosis and its potential clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of eutopic endometrium (A group) and ectopic endometrium (B group) in 32 normal uterus (control group) intima, smooth muscle tissue and 38 cases of adenomyosis (experimental group) , RhoE / Rnd3 protein in smooth muscle tissue localization and expression levels, analysis and comparison of the difference. Results ① The expression of RhoE / Rnd3 in the glandular cells in the control group was significantly higher than that in the glandular cells (t = 11.3, P <0.05) and in the endometriotic gland cells = 9.33, P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression of eutopic endometrial glandular cells and ectopic glandular cells in adenomyosis (t = 1.63, P> 0.05) And smooth muscle: There was no significant difference in the expression of RhoE / Rnd3 protein between the three groups of endometrial stromal cells and the control group - experimental group (P> 0.05); ③In the endometrial glandular cells of adenomyosis, RhoE / The expression level of Rnd3 protein was correlated with the duration of the disease. The expression of RhoE / Rnd3 protein in patients with more than 2 years duration was significantly lower than that in patients with less than 2 years disease duration (P <0.05). Conclusion RhoE / Rnd3 protein plays an important role in the development of adenomyosis and may be an important tumor suppressor gene.
