穿心莲[Andrographts pantculata(Burm.f.)Nees]的栽培方法,有效成分,穿心莲内酯类化合物的研究,以及其临床的效用,药理作用等,近年来国内外已有不少报道。但对于穿心莲鲜组织及干燥药材组织的显微化学方面的研究,及鲜组织有效成分晶体的形态鉴定目前还未见报道。本文以穿心莲不同生长发育阶段的植株,及某些病态植株,以及干燥药材的组织为研究对象,进行了一些显微化学的显色研究,并对穿心莲浸出的不同结晶体进行鉴定。目的是了解在穿心莲组织内穿心莲内酯类化合物的分布(着重茎与叶)的生长动态,为提供穿心莲的合理收获季节,原料的选用,及药材真伪鉴别作参考。
The cultivation methods of Andrographts pantculata (Burm.f.) Nees], active ingredients, research of andrographolide compounds, their clinical efficacy, pharmacological effects, etc. have been reported at home and abroad in recent years. However, there have been no reports on the microscopic studies on the fresh tissue and dried medicinal materials of Andrographis paniculata, as well as the morphological identification of the crystals of fresh active ingredients. In this paper, some plants of different growth and development stages of Andrographis paniculata, and some diseased plants, as well as the tissues of dried herbs were studied. Some microscopic studies on coloration were carried out, and the different crystals leached from Andrographis paniculata were identified. The purpose is to understand the distribution of andrographolide in the tissue of Andrographis paniculata (focus on stems and leaves) growth dynamics, to provide a reasonable harvest season for Andrographis paniculata, the choice of raw materials, and identification of authenticity of herbs for reference.
