目的了解广州市大学生学习倦怠现状及其影响因素,为制定相关干预措施提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,在广州市某高校随机抽取927名在校大学生进行问卷调查,内容包括大学生一般情况和学习倦怠等,分别拟合单因素、多因素有序多分类Logistic回归模型对学习倦怠的可能影响因素进行分析。结果中度及重度学习倦怠的发生率为51.13%;影响学习倦怠的主要因素有学习成绩、教师授课水平、对所学专业是否感兴趣、班级学习气氛、学习压力、自我效能感、抑郁(P值均<0.05)。结论广州市大学生学习倦怠水平较高,相关部门应积极采取有效干预措施预防大学生学习倦怠的产生,以提高大学生的学习质量。
Objective To understand the status quo of college students’ learning burnout in Guangzhou and its influencing factors, and to provide basis for making relevant interventions. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to randomly select 927 undergraduates from a certain university in Guangzhou to conduct a questionnaire survey, which included the general situation of college students and learning burnout, and then fitted the single factor, multi-factorial and multivariate logistic regression models The possible influencing factors of learning burnout are analyzed. Results The prevalence of moderate and severe learning burnout was 51.13%. The main factors affecting learning burnout were academic performance, teachers’ level of teaching, whether they were interested in major, class learning atmosphere, study stress, self-efficacy, depression All <0.05). Conclusion Guangzhou college students have a higher level of learning burnout. Relevant departments should actively take effective interventions to prevent college students from learning burnout so as to improve their learning quality.
