目的单次促性腺激素(SGn)水平测定是否足以作出中枢性性早熟诊断。方法采用免疫化学发光(IC-MA)法检测86例性早熟女孩自发性黄体生成素(LH)和自发性卵泡刺激素(FSH),同时设正常女孩为正常对照组。结果性早熟与正常女孩组的LH差异无统计学意义(t=-0.452,P=0.652),两组的FSH差异无统计学意义(t=-0.037,P=0.971)。结论 ICMA测定单次Gn的水平对于性早熟病因的鉴别无诊断意义。
Objective To determine if a single gonadotropin (SGn) level is sufficient to make a diagnosis of central precocious puberty. Methods The spontaneous luteinizing hormone (LH) and spontaine follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) in 86 precocious girls were detected by immunochemiluminescence (IC-MA) method. At the same time, the normal girls were selected as normal control group. There was no significant difference in LH between the precocious puberty and normal girls (t = -0.452, P = 0.652). There was no significant difference in FSH between the two groups (t = -0.037, P = 0.971). Conclusion ICMA determination of single Gn level for the identification of etiology of precocious puberty without diagnostic significance.
