铝基覆铜板的导热系数直接影响电子产品的稳定性、使用寿命和精度。为了准确测量铝基覆铜板的导热系数,建立了铝基覆铜板的稳态导热模型,分析了传热板材料和外形尺寸对导热系数测量精度的影响,通过改进传热铝板内部温度分布模型,提出了新的测量方法,有效地减小了测量误差。
Thermal conductivity of aluminum-clad laminate directly affects the stability of electronic products, service life and accuracy. In order to accurately measure the thermal conductivity of aluminum clad laminate, a steady-state thermal conductivity model of the aluminum-clad laminate was established. The influence of the material and dimension of the heat transfer plate on the measurement accuracy of the thermal conductivity was analyzed. By improving the internal temperature distribution model, A new measurement method is proposed, which can effectively reduce the measurement error.
