用透射电子显微镜观察了33例进展期胃癌组织中的淋巴细胞,将淋巴细胞大致分为“活跃的淋巴细胞”与“不活跃的淋巴细胞”两类,对它们各自的超微结构进行了描述。认为胃癌组织内淋巴细胞的状态备例间差别较大,未分化型癌细胞间的淋巴细胞不活跃,而分化型癌细胞间的淋巴细胞浸润则比较活跃。观察到淋巴细胞与癌细胞间的3种接触方式,和淋巴细胞对胃癌细胞的杀伤现象。对胃癌组织中淋巴细胞的类型和杀伤作用机制进行了讨论。
Transmission electron microscopy was used to observe lymphocytes in 33 advanced gastric cancer tissues. Lymphocytes were roughly divided into “active lymphocytes” and “inactive lymphocytes”, and their respective ultrastructures were described. . It is considered that there is a large difference in the status of lymphocytes among gastric cancer tissues. Lymphocytes between undifferentiated cancer cells are inactive, while lymphocyte infiltration between differentiated cancer cells is active. Three contact patterns between lymphocytes and cancer cells, and killing of gastric cancer cells by lymphocytes were observed. The type of lymphocytes and the mechanism of killing in gastric cancer tissues were discussed.
