近年来我所开展了对急性放射病时肠运动功能的研究工作。我们曾用大鼠离体肠管的方法对重度急性放射病时的肠运动功能作了研究。本实验进一步用狗作慢性实验,以小肠肌电活动为指标,观察照射前后小肠各部位肌电活动的变化。在禁食狗观察到一类小肠肌电所谓“消化间期移行性肌电复合波”(Interdigestive Migrating Myoelectric Complex,即IDMEC),可对小肠运动在时间和空间上作较全面的了解。本实验希望通过对IDMEC的观察来进一步认识照后小肠运动变化的特点,并分析与肠套迭发生的关系。材料和方法实验动物健康杂种狗5只(雄性4只,
In recent years, I carried out research on gut motility in acute radiation sickness. We have studied the gut motility in severe acute radiation sickness using the rat’s intestinal tract in vitro. In this experiment, dogs were further used for chronic experiments, with the myoelectrical activity of the small intestine as an indicator to observe the changes of the myoelectric activity in various parts of the small intestine before and after irradiation. A group of small intestine myoelectrons called Interdigestive Migrating Myoelectric Complex (IDMEC) was observed in fasting dogs to make a more comprehensive understanding of intestinal motility in time and space. This experiment hopes to further understand the characteristics of small intestine movement through the observation of IDMEC, and analyze the relationship with the occurrence of intussusception.
