目的:探讨暖心胶囊对实验性大鼠心力衰竭的治疗作用。方法:大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、暖心胶囊组(低剂量、高剂量)、地高辛组。除空白对照组外。其余各组均用狭窄腹主动脉方法造模,成功模型灌胃给药,测定血流动力学指标SBP、DBP、LVSP、LVDP、LV+dp/dt、LV-dp/dt和血浆BNP水平。结果:与模型组比较,暖心胶囊高、低剂量组和地高辛组,均能降低SBP(P<0.0 5),降低LVDP,暖心胶囊高剂量组和地高辛组均能提高LVSP,提高+dp/dtmax,暖心胶囊高剂量组能降低LV-dp/dtmax(P<0.05)。暖心胶囊高剂量组、地高辛组均能减低血浆BNP水平(P<0.05)。结论:暖心胶囊能改善实验性心衰大鼠模型的血流动力学的异常和降低血浆BNP水平。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of warm heart capsule on experimental rat heart failure. Methods: The rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, warm heart capsule group (low dose, high dose), digoxin group. In addition to the blank control group. The other groups were all established by the method of narrow abdominal aorta. The successful model was given intragastric administration, and the hemodynamic parameters SBP, DBP, LVSP, LVDP, LV + dp / dt, LV-dp / dt and plasma BNP were measured. Results: Compared with the model group, both WENXIN capsule and Digoxin group could reduce SBP (P <0.05), and LVDP, WENXIN capsule high dose group and digoxin group could increase LVSP , Increase + dp / dtmax, and the Wenshen capsule high-dose group can reduce LV-dp / dtmax (P <0.05). The BNP level in both warm-heart capsule high-dose group and digoxin group decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion: WENXIN Capsule can ameliorate hemodynamic abnormalities and decrease plasma BNP levels in experimental rat model of heart failure.
