加快养鸡场的建设,进一步提高养鸡场的经济效益,是当前养鸡事业中较为突出的问题。新建养鸡场的基建投资大,一般鸡场的土建工程投资约占总投资的60％以上,是设备投资的两倍。如建设一座饲养20万蛋鸡的养鸡场约需投资700万元,从规划到竣工约需三年左右,年利润约120万元,需要六年才能收回投资。而建设投资又大部分是银行贷款,按贷款70％计,近500万元,每年还贷款的利息就是一个不小的数字。因此,在符合鸡只饲养工艺要求的前提下,降低鸡舍土建工程投资造价,缩短回收年限,是必须探讨解决的一个重要问题。鸡舍类型的选择
