目的研究和探讨分期康复护理在脑梗死患者康复中的施行效果和对肢体运动功能的影响。方法选择2016年6月~12月我院收治的脑梗死患者60例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者施行分期康复护理模式,对比和分析两组患者临床护理情况。结果护理前,两组患者肢体运动功能、神经功能和生活质量等指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者肢体运动功能、神经功能和生活质量等指标评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分期康复护理模式的施行,能够显著提高脑梗死患者的肢体运动功能、生活质量和精神状况,是一种安全高效的护理模式,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To study and investigate the effect of phased rehabilitation nursing on rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction and its influence on motor function of limbs. Methods Sixty patients with cerebral infarction who were admitted to our hospital from June to December 2016 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing. The patients in the observation group were treated with staged rehabilitation nursing model, and the clinical nursing situation in both groups was compared and analyzed. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in motor function, neurological function and quality of life between the two groups (P> 0.05). After nursing, the scores of motor function, neurological function and quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher Better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of staged rehabilitation nursing model can significantly improve limb motor function, quality of life and mental status in patients with cerebral infarction. It is a safe and effective nursing model with clinical promotion value.
