针对西部盐湖地区出现破坏盐湖资源环境生态平衡的镁害问题,结合西部盐湖地区建筑材料受盐卤腐蚀破坏严重的状况,模拟西部盐湖环境条件,进行镁水泥钢筋混凝土中不同涂层钢筋的室内快速腐蚀试验.镁水泥混凝土中的裸露钢筋作为对照组,其他经过涂层处理的四组钢筋作为试验组;通过CS350电化学工作站对钢筋的电化学腐蚀行为进行研究,分析镁水泥钢筋混凝土中不同涂层钢筋的极化曲线以及钢筋腐蚀速率.试验结果表明:各种涂层防腐效果从高到低依次为环氧树脂涂层、杰美特涂层、美佳丽涂层、新美特涂层;环氧树脂涂层的腐蚀速率为裸露钢筋腐蚀速率的1/1 600~1/2 000,新美特涂层的腐蚀速率为裸露钢筋的1/20~1/30.
Aiming at the problem of magnesium damage to the salt lake in the western part of China, which is harmful to the ecological balance of resources and environment in salt lakes, the rapid corrosion of building materials in salt lake area of western China was simulated by the salt brine corrosion conditions in western China. The bare steel bars in magnesium-cement concrete were used as control group and other four groups of steel bars treated with coating as test group. The electrochemical corrosion behavior of steel bars was studied by CS350 electrochemical workstation. The effects of different coatings The polarization curve of reinforced bar and the corrosion rate of steel bar.The experimental results show that the anti-corrosion effects of all kinds of coating are epoxy resin coating, Germet coating, Meijia coating and Xinmeite coating from high to low; The corrosion rate of the oxygen resin coating is 1/1 600 ~ 1/2 000 of the bare steel corrosion rate, the corrosion rate of the new United States special coating is bare 1/20 ~ 1/30.
