目的:研究榕树须抗血栓活性部位的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析色谱、聚酰胺柱层析色谱和重结晶方法分离和纯化这些活性部位的化学成分,通过理化性质和波谱技术鉴定其结构。结果:分离并鉴定了7化合物,分别为:异香草酸(1)、对羟基苯甲酸(2)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(3)、木栓烷(4)、α-香树脂醇乙酸酯(5)、β-谷甾醇(6)、羊毛甾醇(7)。结论:化合物3、4和7为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of bony active antithrombotic sites. Methods: The chemical constituents of these active sites were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, polyamide column chromatography and recrystallization. Their structures were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Results: Seven compounds were isolated and identified as is vanillic acid (1), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (2), 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid (3) Acetate (5), β-sitosterol (6), lanosterol (7). Conclusion: Compounds 3, 4 and 7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
