2000年开始,国家首次把“发展地铁交通”列入国民经济“十五”计划发展纲要,并作为拉动国民经济持续发展的重大战略。在近几年大力发展轨道交通的基础之上,我国城市轨道交通将在未来2~3年内呈现一次开通的高峰,城市轨道交通网络化进程将进一步加快。总的看来,随着我国城镇化水平的不断提高,未来轨道交通需求和供给均处于增长状态,但需求增长较平稳,而供给将呈爆发式增长趋势,在建和拟建项目在建成后将逐步达到供求平衡。我国城市轨道交通产业总体会保持平稳发展的态势。
