电能作为一种产品面临着巨大的社会需求,其正常供应对于推动经济发展和社会进步具有重要的意义。智能配电网的发展已经成为保障电力正常供应的重要手段,也受到了业界的高度重视。随着互联网技术的蓬勃发展,智能配电网在实施过程中也开始引入互联网技术,作为智能配电网重要组成部分的信息通信环节正是在互联网的推动下才得以完成信息的有效传递和沟通。
