选择4只大耳白兔对单侧眼睛分别给予四乙酰基二苄基六氮杂异伍兹烷(TADB)100 mg,给药后1 h、24 h、48 h、72 h、4 d、7 d用裂隙灯观察家兔双眼角膜、虹膜、结膜,对损伤程度进行评分。结果发现,TADB对兔眼角膜和结膜均有轻度刺激性,并具有可逆性。
Four rabbits were selected to receive 100 mg of tetraacetyl dibenzylhexaazaisowurtzitane (TADB) once a day for 24 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, 4 d, 7 d with slit lamp observation rabbit eyes cornea, iris, conjunctiva, scoring the extent of injury. The results showed that, TADB on rabbit corneas and conjunctiva mild irritant, and has reversibility.
