目的探讨广西一般健康人群尿锑正常参考值上限及分布特点。方法以广西14个市18岁~60岁不同行业无锑职业暴露史的的健康成人为调查对象,采用按性别年龄分层随机抽样的方法分组采集尿比重合格及资料信息齐全的尿样,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定方法进行尿锑检测,应用SPSS 19.0统计软件,数据采用百分位数法(单侧范围P_(95)以下)进行统计分析。结果共采集尿样1 417份,采用百分位数法(单侧范围是P_(95)以下)计算尿锑正常参考值上限为7.76μg/L,不同性别、年龄组、是否矿区、吸烟与否差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。另外,尿锑在不同地区的差异有统计学意义,防城港最高,靖西县最低。结论广西地区正常成人尿锑正常参考值建议设为为7.76μg/L。
Objective To investigate the upper limit and distribution of urinary antimony in Guangxi general healthy population. Methods Healthy adults aged 18 to 60 years without occupational exposure to different industries in 14 cities of Guangxi were enrolled in this study. Urine samples of urine specific gravity and complete information were collected by stratified random sampling by sex and age. Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry determination of urine antimony, using SPSS 19.0 statistical software, the data using the percentile method (unilateral range P_ (95) or less) for statistical analysis. Results A total of 1 417 urine samples were collected. The upper limit of normal reference value of antimony in urine was calculated to be 7.76 μg / L using the percentile method (unilateral range is below P_ (95)), and the gender, age group, No difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). In addition, urinary antimony in different regions of the difference was statistically significant, Fangchenggang the highest, lowest in Jingxi County. Conclusion The normal urinary antimony reference value for normal adults in Guangxi is set at 7.76 μg / L.
