目的调查青岛市市售蔬菜拟除虫菊酯类农药残留状况,及时发现蔬菜安全隐患,为开展食品安全风险评估提供科学数据。方法于2010~2011年在青岛市监测网点抽取蔬菜样品5 228份,依据NY/T 761-2008《蔬菜和水果中有机磷、有机氯、拟除虫菊酯和氨基甲酸酯类农药多残留的测定》对样品进行检测,依据GB 2763-2014《食品中农药最大残留限量》对农药进行判定。结果拟除虫菊酯类农药残留检出率为10.00%,超标率为4.80%。共检出7种拟除虫菊酯农药,其中氯氰菊酯的检出率最高。各类蔬菜中以葱蒜类蔬菜农药检出率和超标率最高,其次为白菜类和绿菜类(P<0.01)。10月的蔬菜农药残留检出率和超标率最高分别为18.79%和10.30%。结论青岛市市售蔬菜拟除虫菊酯类农药污染存在多种问题。
Objective To investigate the residue status of pyrethroid pesticides on vegetable in Qingdao and discover the hidden dangers of vegetable in time and provide scientific data for the risk assessment of food safety. Methods A total of 5 228 vegetable samples were collected from monitoring stations in Qingdao in 2010-2011. According to NY / T 761-2008 “Determination of Organophosphorus, Organochlorine, Pyrethroid and Carbamate Pesticide Residues in Vegetables and Fruits” The samples were tested according to GB 2763-2014 “Maximum Residues of Pesticides in Foods” to determine pesticides. Results The detection rate of pyrethroid pesticide residue was 10.00%, and the exceeding standard rate was 4.80%. A total of seven pyrethroid pesticides were detected, with the highest detection rate of cypermethrin. All kinds of vegetables to all kinds of garlic and onion pesticide detection rate and exceed the highest rate, followed by cabbage and green vegetables (P <0.01). In October, the highest rate of pesticide residue detection and the highest rate of over-standard vegetables were 18.79% and 10.30% respectively. Conclusion There are many problems in the pyrethroid pesticide contamination of vegetables in Qingdao.
