1错误观点什么时候吃水果都有益无害。水果口味甘甜,人人爱吃。有人说,水果吃得越多越好。但是,水果并不是如我们所想的那样,可以随心所欲地想什么时候吃就什么时候吃,谁想吃都可以吃。因为水果中含有较多的有机酸和单宁类物质,有些水果还含有活性很强的蛋白酶类,可能对胃产生刺激和伤害,出现胃痛、胀气、腹泻,消化不良等症状。所以,吃水果要因人而异,什么时候吃何种水果都要有所选择。
