目的探讨后程三维适形放疗治疗宫颈癌的疗效及不良反应。方法选择60例宫颈癌患者,采用直线加速器盆腔大野前后对穿照射DT 40~45 Gy,然后改为三维适形放疗技术,观察其效果。结果随访3年,完全缓解(CR)39例,部分缓解(PR)17例,无变化(NC)4例,有效率为93.3%。早期反应均为1~2级,未出现严重晚期并发症。结论后程三维适形放疗治疗宫颈癌具有疗效可靠,并发症少等优点,是一种值得推荐的放疗技术。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and adverse reactions of posterior three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy for cervical cancer. Methods Sixty patients with cervical cancer were selected. The patients were treated with linear accelerator 40 ~ 45 Gy DT before and after radiotherapy. The effect was then observed by three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy. Results All the patients were followed up for 3 years. There were 39 cases of complete remission (CR), 17 cases of partial remission (PR) and 4 cases of no change (NC). The effective rate was 93.3%. Early response was 1 to 2, no serious late complications. Conclusions Post-procedure three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy for cervical cancer has the advantages of reliable curative effect and less complications, which is a recommended radiotherapy technique.
