设计了一套漏斗型双振头功率超声装置,并利用该装置制备了A356半固态浆料,研究了相关工艺参数对半固态微观组织的影响。将熔体温度为590~620℃的A356铝液浇入漏斗中,调整漏斗角度及漏斗缝隙进行双超声振动处理,然后进行水淬。对各种条件下的水淬试样分别取不同部位进行金相试样分析。结果发现,对向角度为60°,浇注温度为610℃时,试样边缘组织的平均晶粒直径约为30m,平均形状因子约为0.84。
A funnel-type double-head ultrasonic power device was designed. A356 semi-solid slurry was prepared by using this device. The influence of relevant process parameters on the microstructure of semi-solid was studied. The melt temperature of 590 ~ 620 ℃ A356 molten aluminum poured into the funnel, adjust the funnel angle and the funnel gap for dual ultrasonic vibration treatment, and then water quenching. Under different conditions of water quenching samples were taken from different parts of the metallographic sample analysis. The results show that the average grain size of the edge of the sample is about 30m and the average shape factor is about 0.84 when the orientation angle is 60 ° and the pouring temperature is 610 ℃.
