2015年9月12日,国家旅游局下发了关于组织开展2015年度“万名旅游英才计划”的通知。本文将以“万名英才计划中”的“实践服务型英才培养项目”为基础,通过分析目前高职院校旅游人才培养中的问题,来从政府、行业企业和学校三个层面探讨高职旅游人才培养模式,并构建相应模型。
