本文用荧光光谱方法检测了HPD对妊娠中期家兔胎盘和胎儿的亲和力。实验用健康母兔4—5公斤/只,用氯化血红素经溴化加成水解提取血卟啉,然后按Liposin方法制备HPD,参照Henderson方法配制注射液。母兔按交配当天算起的第15天(妊娠中期)以每公斤体重从耳静脉注入20mgHPD,经24小时供实验用。首先测定HPD在血清中的荧光激发谱和发射谱;从未经注入HPD孕兔耳静脉采血2.5ml,同时加入0.5ml3.2%柠檬酸三钠溶液抗凝,离心取其上清液。在每ml清血中加入5微克HPD,置PMQ_3型荧光分光光度计测得其激发峰
