目的:实现中成药调剂自动化,为摆药机在中药房的推广提供参考。方法:介绍我院全自动口服药品摆药机的主要构造、工作流程,并将摆药机模式与传统手工摆药模式进行比较,分析其优缺点及常见问题,探讨其对药师及药品管理工作提出的新要求。结果:摆药机的应用可提高中成药的摆药速度和准确性,缩短护士领药时间,改善卫生状况,减少药品污染。结论:全自动口服药品摆药机的应用有助于提高医院的药学服务水平。
OBJECTIVE: To realize the automatic adjustment of proprietary Chinese medicines and to provide reference for the promotion of Chinese medicine in the pharmacy. Methods: Introduce the main structure and work flow of fully automatic oral medicine pendulum machine in our hospital, and compare the pendulum medicine machine model with the traditional manual medicine pendulum mode, analyze its advantages and disadvantages and common problems, and discuss its work on pharmacists and drug administration Proposed new requirements. Results: The application of pendulum machine can increase the speed and accuracy of proprietary Chinese medicines, shorten the time for nurses to take drugs, improve the health status and reduce drug contamination. Conclusion: The application of fully automatic oral drug swinging machine helps to improve the hospital’s pharmacy service level.
