在《党政领导干部选拔任用工作条例》(以下简称《干部任用条例》)公开发表之际,中共中央组织部负责人接受人民日报、新华社记者采访,就如何学习贯彻《干部任用条例》,回答了记者的提问。问:请您简要介绍一下为什么要修订颁布《干部任用条例》?答:中央最近颁布的《干部任用条例》是在《党政领导干部选拔任用工作暂行条例》(以下简称《暂行条例》)的基础上修订而成的。1995年中央颁布实施的《暂行条例》,对于规范干部选拔任用工作程序,提高干部选拔任用工作质量,加强领导班子建设,遏制用人上的不正之风和腐败现象,发挥了重要作用。
