我在中国剧协工作时,有幸兼任了几年《剧本》主编,使我有机会接触戏剧界更多专门从事戏剧创作、戏剧评论、戏剧理论研究和编辑部专门为他们服务的编辑们,借此不仅增长了很多专业知识,更获得很多弥足珍贵的人生感悟,使我深深体会到“编辑实是一种幸福的职业”。《剧本》月刊的编辑有老一辈资深的编辑家,有中青年风华正茂、走出戏剧院校不久的大学生,都是专门做戏剧工作的专业人员。读
When I was working in the Chinese Theater Association, I was fortunate enough to serve as the editor of the script for several years, giving me a chance to meet with the theater industry for editors who specialize in the fields of drama creation, theater criticism, theatrical theory research and editorial services, This not only increased a lot of professional knowledge, but also gained a lot of precious insights of life, so I deeply appreciate “editing is a happy career ”. The editors of the “Scenario” magazine have veteran editors of the older generation, young and middle-aged students, and college students who are out of the theater shortly before, all of whom are professionals who specialize in drama. read
