2004年是全面贯彻党的十六大和十六届三中全会精神的重要一年。党和人民对检察机关寄予重托和期望。在前不久结束的全国检察长会议上,贾春旺检察长指出,各级检察机关要进一步加大工作力度,提高执法水平和办案质量,充分履行检察职责,努力抓好各项工作。就如何把全国检察长会议精神和贾春旺检察长的要求落到实处,推动2004年检察工作健康深入发展,本刊记者对高检院有关厅、室、局主要负责同志进行了采访。
2004 is an important year for fully implementing the spirit of the 16th CPC National Congress and the Third Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee. The party and the people place heavy trusts and expectations on the procuratorial organs.
