传统的管道检查井井盖及支座直接安装在砖砌或预制井筒上,不会随管沟回填土的沉降而沉降。当管沟回填路基沉降引起路面沉降时,井盖就会凸出路面,这极大地增加了汽车对井盖的冲击荷载,严重影响行车的舒适性。本文介绍了一种新型的井盖及支座安装方法,将井盖及支座安装在一块环形钢筋混凝土板上,而环形板坐落在管沟回填路基上,与井筒之间则采用柔性连接。这种安装方法使得井盖及支座可以随管沟回填路基的沉降而沉降,从而有效避免了井盖凸出路面的问题。
The traditional manhole covers and supports for pipeline inspection wells are directly installed on the brickwork or prefabricated wellbore and will not settle with the settlement of trench filling. When the ditch backfill subsidence caused by roadbed settlement, the manhole cover will protrude the road, which greatly increased the vehicle impact on the manhole cover load, seriously affecting the driving comfort. In this paper, a new method of installing covers and supports is introduced. The covers and supports are installed on an annular reinforced concrete slab. The annular plate is located on the backfill of pipe ditches and is connected with the wellbore flexibly. This installation method enables the manhole cover and the supporter to settle with the settlement of the backfill of the trench, thereby effectively avoiding the problem that the manhole protrudes from the pavement.
