在最佳电解条件下,用以往制定的生产Al—Li二元中间合金的熔盐电解法也可生产Al—Cu—Li三元中间合金。我们己确认,用该法生产Al—Cu—Li中间合金时,铝熔体仅吸收了主要合金元素,基本上不含其他碱金属。因此,Al—Cu—Li三元中间合金可有效地用于Al—Li系工业合金的生产,将其加入熔炼炉时,在工艺上也不复杂。
Under the optimal electrolysis conditions, the Al-Cu-Li ternary master alloy can also be produced by the molten salt electrolysis of the Al-Li binary master alloy produced in the past. We have confirmed that when this method is used to produce Al-Cu-Li master alloys, the aluminum melt absorbs only the major alloying elements and is essentially free of other alkali metals. Therefore, the Al-Cu-Li ternary master alloy can be effectively used for the production of Al-Li series industrial alloys, and when added to the melting furnace, the process is not complicated.
