为验证不锈钢筋混凝土结构与普通钢筋混凝土结构施工、养护、耐久性等的差异,在受海水侵蚀的园里溪桥、红树林大桥桥墩试验采用了不锈钢筋混凝土结构。园里溪桥桥墩受海水侵蚀,墩柱混凝土开裂、钢筋腐蚀严重。采用外包不锈钢筋混凝土套箍加固,同时预留不锈钢筋混凝土暴露试件,3年后回访检查,外包不锈钢筋混凝土套箍没有明显病害;解剖预留试块,不锈钢筋均未锈蚀,即使保护层厚度小于5mm的不锈钢筋也未锈蚀,说明不锈钢筋具有优异的耐腐蚀性能。红树林大桥引桥5号桥墩右幅盖梁、墩柱、系梁及桩基顶部1.5m采用不锈钢筋混凝土结构,不锈钢筋加工工艺、设备与普通钢筋相同,不需增加额外新设备及工艺改进。试验证明不锈钢筋混凝土构件具有优异的耐腐蚀性能、加工工艺与普通钢筋相同,用于桥梁受海水侵蚀的部位,可提高桥梁整体的耐久性。国内不锈钢筋产品质量达到国外同类产品水平,在按120年寿命设计的港珠澳跨海大桥获得了应用。

The 1.5 m of the right-angle cover beam, pier column, tie beam and the top of pile foundation of No. 5 pier of the Mangrove Bridge is made of stainless steel reinforced concrete structure. The process of stainless steel reinforcement is the same as that of ordinary steel without additional new equipment and process improvement. Tests show that stainless steel reinforced concrete members with excellent corrosion resistance, processing technology and the same as ordinary steel, used for bridge erosion by the sea site, can improve the overall durability of the bridge. The quality of domestic stainless steel products reaches the level of similar products in foreign countries, and has been applied to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao cross-sea bridge designed according to the life expectancy of 120 years.
