目的:研究用AFS-9130型双道原子荧光光度计,同时测定生活饮用水中砷、硒的方法。方法:用2%盐酸溶液和2%硫脲—抗坏血酸混合溶液处理样品,并以1.0%硼氢化钠为还原剂,在2%的盐酸介质中测定砷、硒。结果:砷、硒的线性分别为0.9995~0.9999、0.9997~1.000之间,检出限分别为0.012μg/L和0.019μg/L,精密度分别为0.9和1.2,回收率在96.0%~102%之间。结论:实验结果表明此方法线性范围宽(砷:1~100μg/L,硒:1~50μg/L),灵敏度高,精密度与回收率实验均符合要求。用此方法测定了大量的生活饮用水,结果令人满意,是一种较理想的分析方法。
Objective: To study the simultaneous determination of arsenic and selenium in drinking water by AFS-9130 dual-channel atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer. Methods: The samples were treated with 2% hydrochloric acid solution and 2% thiourea-ascorbic acid mixed solution, and the arsenic and selenium were determined in 2% hydrochloric acid with 1.0% sodium borohydride as reducing agent. Results: The linear ranges of arsenic and selenium were 0.9995-0.99999 and 0.9997-1.000 respectively. The detection limits were 0.012μg / L and 0.019μg / L, respectively, with the precision of 0.9 and 1.2 respectively. The recoveries ranged from 96.0% to 102% between. Conclusion: The experimental results show that this method has a wide linear range (arsenic: 1 ~ 100μg / L, selenium: 1 ~ 50μg / L), high sensitivity, precision and recovery experiments are in line with the requirements. Determination of a large number of drinking water using this method, the results are satisfactory, is a more ideal method of analysis.
