用上海生物制品研究所制造的乙型肝炎血源疫苗5、10、20μg 对学龄儿童进行免疫。首针后36个月Anti-HBs S/N≥2.1者5、10和20μg 组各为90.0、91.3和85.6%;S/N≥10者则为81.4、83.7和83.3%。S/N 值GMT 分别为82.4。99.3和66.5。首针后24个月时,44例Anti-HBs 不同S/N 给予10μg 乙肝疫苗加强,加强前Anti-HBs-S/N 越低,加强后Anti-HBs 反跳越高;加强后1年Anti-HBs 下降幅度与升高倍数成正比。
School-age children were immunized with 5, 10, and 20 μg of Hepatitis B blood serum vaccine manufactured by Shanghai Institute of Biological Products. The 36-month-old Anti-HBs S / N≥2.1 group was 90.0, 91.3 and 85.6% in the 5, 10 and 20μg groups, respectively, and 81.4, 83.7 and 83.3% in the S / N≥10 group. S / N values GMT were 82.4.99.3 and 66.5 respectively. At 24 months after the first injection, 44 rabbits with different S / N of Anti-HBs were given 10 μg hepatitis B vaccine, the lower the level of Anti-HBs-S / N was before anti-HBs-S / N enhancement, and the higher Anti- -HBs decline is proportional to the increasing fold.
