由于国体、地域和文化的差异,其他国家公共消防设施状况与我国多有不同,这方面的相关文献一直较少。通过对经济发展和火灾损失之间的内在关联进行研究分析,重点对国内外公共消防设施的现状进行对比,在此基础上,提出消防设施投资改革的一些意见和对策。 Due to the different national, regional and cultural differences, the status of public fire service facilities in other countries is quite different from ours, and there has been relatively little relevant literature in this respect. Through the research and analysis on the inherent relationship between economic development and fire loss, the paper compares the current situation of public fire-fighting facilities at home and abroad, and on the basis, puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures on investment reform of fire-fighting facilities.
