目的:探讨改良愈疡汤对三硝基苯磺酸(TNBS)诱导慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎大鼠的疗效及对大鼠IL-8、IL-10影响。方法:采用TNBS诱导制备慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎大鼠模型,将40只大鼠随机分成模型组、中药组、西药组及正常对照组。各组均灌肠给药,西药组予柳氮磺吡啶(SASP)0.30g/kg,溶于2ml生理盐水,中药组给予2ml/天的改良愈疡汤原液,其余给予生理盐水2ml/天均每日1次。给药时间从造模后第3日开始,连续14日。造模后第18日观察各组大鼠外周血IL-8、IL-10的变化。结果:中药组与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与西药组比较优于西药组,具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:改良愈疡汤对三硝基苯磺酸(TNBS)诱导溃疡性结肠炎大鼠疗效确切,优于西药组。其作用机制可能对细胞因子调节有关。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of Modified Yuyang Decoction on rats with chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis induced by trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid (TNBS) and its effect on IL-8 and IL-10 in rats. Methods: A rat model of chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis was induced by TNBS. Forty rats were randomly divided into model group, TCM group, western medicine group and normal control group. Each group was given enema. Western medicine group was given 0.30g / kg sulfasalazine (SASP), dissolved in 2ml of normal saline. The Chinese medicine group was given 2ml / day modified Yuyang Decoction stock solution, and the rest was given saline 2ml / 1 day. Dosing time from the first 3 days after modeling for 14 consecutive days. On the 18th day after modeling, the changes of IL-8 and IL-10 in the peripheral blood of each group were observed. Results: The difference between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the model group was statistically significant (P <0.05), which was better than western medicine group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Modified Yuyang Decoction has definite curative effect on rats with ulcerative colitis induced by trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid (TNBS), which is better than western medicine group. Its mechanism of action may be related to the regulation of cytokines.
