给24～26月龄的雄性和雌性大鼠,腹腔注射人参茎叶总甙水溶液,50mg/kg体重,每日1次,连续7次。用冷酚法提取心房总RNA,与α-~(32)P标记的大鼠心房肽前体原cDNA(r—prepro—ANP—cDNA)探针杂交。结果表明,人参皂甙对老龄化大鼠心房肽基因表达的作用是受性别影响的。
Male and female rats of 24 to 26 months of age were intraperitoneally injected with an aqueous solution of ginseng stems and leaves, 50 mg/kg body weight, once a day for 7 consecutive times. Atrial total RNA was extracted by cold phenol method and hybridized with α-32P-labeled rat atrial propeptide cDNA (r-prepro-ANP-cDNA) probe. The results showed that the effect of ginsenosides on the expression of atrial peptide genes in aging rats was affected by gender.
